TriSpark Innovate provides digital marketing, SEO, performance marketing, WhatsApp automation and AI marketing services. All services are governed by individual service agreements signed between TriSpark Innovate and the client.
Payment is due as per the terms specified in your service agreement. Standard terms are monthly advance payment. We reserve the right to pause services for overdue accounts.
All strategies, reports and creative assets developed by TriSpark Innovate remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. After final payment, client-specific deliverables are transferred to the client.
We cannot guarantee specific rankings, lead volumes or revenue figures. Digital marketing results depend on market conditions, competition, budget and client cooperation. We guarantee transparent, diligent effort and industry-best practices.
